Album Art Downloader is a new freeware program developed to help us to easily get album arts. Album art is the image that appears in the media player whenever we play a song. It’s usually the front cover of the album from which the song was extracted but album art can also be any other image you like, for example photographs of the artist in a concert or promotional pictures. Many a time album art is not easy to find and it’s always a boring task. Album Art Downloader will help us to do this fast.
Album Art Downloader searches for images from several sources (cdcovers, amazon, coveralia, etc...) through artist name and album. But this could be done easily without this software through google. The point of this program is that it can scan your computer and decide which of your albums have album art missing. After this it´s possible to search for all of this album arts sequentially, so you will only have to chose the image you want. In addition you won’t have to point the "save as" path to your album folder, because Album Art Downloader will remember it.
This is really a good finding and a real time saver for those who like to have album arts in their multimedia players. |
